What is one of the hardest words to say in any language? Before you look up the longest word in the dictionary let me tell you that is not a long word. In fact it is a very short word. Many people find this word extremely difficult to say. It is the word “No”

How hard do you find it to say”No” when someone asks, or expects you to do something?

It is a fact that “No” is the hardest word to say for a majority of people.

When people do find the courage to say “No”, they often experience an overwhelming sense of guilt because they did say “No”.
